Jennings McCall offers a wide variety of services and amenities for daily living that suit your lifestyle and needs. Our dedicated staff is on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support and enhance your retirement living experience. Our community also offers an In-House Nurse Practitioner Clinic, Movie Theatre, Bistro and two (2) Beauty Salons.
Dining Services
Dining at Jennings McCall is a special event, with appetizing and healthy chef-prepared dishes served table side. Begin by choosing from a menu of delicious salads, soups, and entrees along with freshly baked breads. To finish, enjoy a delectable dessert. To add flair to the dining experience, our Executive chef showcases the teams culinary skills each month with a brunch or barbeque creating made-to-order gourmet omelets, scrumptious Caesar salads, and slow smoked baby back ribs just to name a few.
On the more casual side, you can also enjoy our daily fare menu options including freshly made deli sandwiches, shrimp scampi, an assortment of salads, and a variety of seasonal specialties. The Executive Chefs and the dining services teams look forward to showcasing their delicious cuisine in the dining room just for you!

Banquets, Weddings & Conferences Facilities
Jennings McCall has several fully appointed rooms available for banquets, meetings and other events.
A gazebo, courtyard and water fountain nearby provide a lovely setting for a wedding or a renewal of vows ceremony.
The Mt. Jefferson Room
Approximately 3,000 square feet, the dimension of this room is 64 by 48 feet with an 11-foot ceiling. The room is designed for everything from wedding receptions to large company meetings, training sessions and special theme buffets. Capacity depends on setup, with a maximum capacity of 200.
The Columbia Room
This room has approximately 425 square feet. It is 17 by 25 feet with a 10-ft.ceiling. The room is designed for small group meetings, training sessions and gatherings. Maximum capacity is 25.
Catering
Jennings McCall Dining Services Department is a full-service in-house caterer. We can accommodate sit down breakfasts, lunches or dinners; buffets, hors d’oeuvres, or cake and punch. Rooms are also available for meetings, classes or other business-related functions of five people or more. Food and beverage can be provided by Jennings McCall FoodService Department. Outside food will be allowed for a fee of $250.
Reservations
Rooms must be reserved in advance with a deposit, based on room size needed.
Services
- Seating: All tables and chairs are provided and set up to your specifications.
- Servers: Staff is included in catering costs.
- Bar Facility: We offer a portable bar with bartender for $60.00 per hour. We offer beer, wine and mixed drinks. No outside alcohol is allowed, any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fee.
- AudioVisual: Full function public address system and overhead projector. If additional equipment is desired, it can be charged at our rental rate plus 20% for handling.
- Parking: We offer ample parking including handicapped spaces.
- Handicap Facilities: Yes
- Linen and Napkins: Standard of service will be white tablecloths and napkins for buffets and sit-down dinners. Good quality paper napkins will be used for other occasions. Cloth napkins of a contrasting color are available with advance notice.
- Outdoor Facilities: A gazebo and water fountain are available in a beautiful courtyard.
- Decorations: There are no decorations in the rooms. Nothing may be attached to the walls (nails, screws, etc.) that will leave a mark. Other decorations may be used with management’s prior approval.
Life Enrichment
Recreational activities at Jennings McCall allow residents to socialize and connect with one another. Our innovative life enrichment program promotes an active lifestyle. Abundant activity choices are available each day. The incredible recreational experience includes activities such as playing spirited games, attending big band dances, going to the movies at our state-of-the-art theater, and participating in our monthly special events. Trips on the Jennings McCall bus are regularly scheduled for shopping, dining at favorite restaurants, and day trips to community festivals and other points of interests. Holidays and special events are a time for celebration. Our chefs create fabulous banquets,barbeques, and buffets while residents tap to the sound of live music. Family and friends are always invited to join the fun and festivities.
Geriatric Clinic
Serving the community of Forest Grove, we are a medical group that specializes in primary care with a focus on geriatrics. Our clinic is located inside of Jennings McCall Center. We are accepting new patients and accept most health plans including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance. We welcome residents living at Jennings McCall and are also open to the public. We have several providers available to see patients including nurse practitioners and a physician assistant.

Beauty Shop
Many of us feel better when we look better, and that aspect typically does not change as we age. Jennings McCall offers beauty / barber services to our residents, male and female, in two locations on site. Charges are typically nominal. These services are also available to resident friends, family and our community neighbors.
