The Jennings McCall bistro, 'The Oasis,' is now open
A new look and new dining options for all Jennings McCall residents, visitors and staff is complete.
Construction was finished on our new JMC bistro café located in the Jennings McCall I dining room. The grand piano is the focal point for the bistro, which was officially named 'The Oasis,' after resident Mary Lou McSwane's suggestion was selected.
A moveable partition divides the two areas to provide diners with more privacy and quiet as they enjoy their meals and chat. And it provides both the bistro and dining areas with their own defined spaces.
Café tables in The Oasis provide comfortable seating for residents to enjoy a cup of espresso, other beverages, snacks, sandwiches and other light fare.
Coffee and snacks will still be provided free for the morning coffee social in approximately the same area as now. Prices for specialty coffees and other foods will be determined before the opening and debit and credit cards will be accepted.The official opening of the Bistro was February 16.

Residents will enjoy many activities this month, including Po*Ke*No, Wii sports,Qi Gong, sermonettes with Pastor Eugene each Sunday at 10:30 a.m.,the Northwest Senior Theatre on May 5 at 2 p.m., and special destination travels for lunch or shopping.
